We needed to design and implement a secure, interactive member management platform—the clearinghouse through which customers can administrate health and wellness programs on behalf of their members. The platform needed to aggregate multiple BHS HealthCare clients, with their unique needs and requirements and simplify the process of program management.
Our team developed the first version of the app which was successfully released 3 years ago. After being in the market for two years, BHS HealthCare needed to update the administrative backend and to add even more functionality, which we were happy to help with. Version 2.0 development lasted for 5 months as we built an all new web-interface with new backend features.
The platform we built consists of a customizable mobile app for iOS and Android and web-based admin backend. All features are available for users in a handy and easy-to-use web interface. User interfaces and content are edited from within the backend so each app has its own unique look and feel. The platform is empowered with enhanced analytics functionality providing BHS HealthCare customers with a deep insight into user behavior and a better understanding of the key user engagement factors.
